Received a Growth Investment from Mainsail Partners 

One of the most pivotal moments of 2023 was receiving funding from Mainsail Partners, a growth equity firm known for backing bootstrapped and high-potential startups. This investment not only affirmed the value and potential of our business model but also provided us with the necessary resources to scale our operations and accelerate our growth. Joined Forces with Infinite Laundry

In a move to expand our reach and capabilities, we joined forces with Infinite Laundry, a marketing agency specializing in the linen & uniform industry. Together, we create a full suite of front-and-back-end solutions for the commercial laundry industry. “As a unified entity, we are poised to forge a greater path forward for our customers, enhancing their laundry operations and helping them stay ahead.” said Sarah Sinclair, LinenMaster Chief Customer Officer, about the partnership.  

Expanded Our Team 

Our team is the backbone of our success, and in 2023, we welcomed over 15 new team members, including a few employees dedicated to customer success. Each of these talented individuals brings fresh perspectives, skills, and enthusiasm, contributing significantly to our team culture.  

We also strengthened our executive team with four new strategic appointments: Matt Amoia as Chief Executive Officer, Jessica Short as Vice President of People, Anthony Delonardo as Vice President of Sales, and Isaac Cheatham as Vice President of Strategy. Sarah Sinclair moved into a new role as Chief Customer Officer, where she’ll continue driving the success of our customers forward.  

Product Innovation 

Continuous innovation is one of our core values, and 2023 was an eventful year for new product updates and enhancements. These updates not only enhanced the functionality and user experience of our product but also reinforced our commitment to staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market.
