Matt Amoia is a seasoned technology executive, visionary team builder, and accomplished serial entrepreneur. Matt joined LinenMaster & Infinite Laundry in 2023 as Chief Executive Officer. He specializes in transforming and growing SaaS companies of all shapes and sizes, including scaling a company from $5M to $100M.
Matt oversees the strategic vision and direction of the company, driving growth and scalability, all while preserving and nurturing a positive workplace culture. Matt’s expertise in building high-performing teams and award-winning cultures stand testament to his commitment to excellence and innovation. Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two kids and cheering them on at their various sports tournaments. Sarah has also led multiple organizations in receiving industry-related awards and recognition, including the TRSA Above and Beyond Service Award in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Sarah is passionate about helping others and thrives on maximizing ROI for clients through personalized business solutions. Her overall love of people and the laundry industry keeps her motivated to exceed expectations. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting local Assisted Living homes with her dog Charlie, hosting holiday gatherings, cooking, and traveling.
Jeff Miller is an Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He began his career working in a family-owned hardware store in Iowa, where he developed a passion for engineering by taking apart and rebuilding computers. This early experience fostered his problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial spirit. Jeff went on to earn degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, and then moved to Chicago to start his career in software development.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has held various leadership roles, including CTO positions, in industries ranging from digital marketing and FinTech to food tech and HR tech. He has been deeply involved in both the technical and business aspects of software development, leading teams responsible for product engineering, quality, data, infrastructure, and corporate IT.
Jeff served as the CTO at Yello, a leading early talent software company, where he oversaw the engineering and product development efforts. He is currently the VP of Engineering at LinenMaster, where he is leading the development of next-generation ERP software for the commercial laundry industry. An active mentor and coach, Jeff has been involved in 1871, Chicago’s entrepreneurial hub, and Plato, where he shares his passion for helping others grow. Known for his hands-on leadership, Jeff is dedicated to fostering environments where engineers can learn, thrive, and contribute to innovative solutions.
