Arnaud Henrard is the CEO and Founding Partner of FOLTEX USA, a manufacturer of top-tier industrial and commercial laundry equipment. His journey in the industry spans over three decades of leadership and hands-on experience.
His unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction inspired him to create a culture that instills excellence in every aspect of the company’s operations. Arnaud strongly believes in continuous improvement and strives on creating collaborative platforms where employees are motivated to excel at supporting customers and each other. His proudest accomplishment has been to accept five consecutive TRSA Above and Beyond Service Awards on behalf of the Foltex Team.
On a personal note, Arnaud’s love for dogs sparked the creation of Saving Lives, a philanthropic program managed by Foltex USA dedicated to saving the lives of furry friends in need.

Tom has been directly involved with the development of RFID systems in laundry operations since 1999. Joining forces with Positek RFID in 2004, he has helped provide leading laundries RFID solutions with over 25 years of RFID Solution experience.
He has kept the focus on tailoring RFID Systems to his clients that allow for successful repeatable results throughout North America in well over 250 locations . These laundry facilities are using Positek RFID to cut merchandise costs and to reduce labor. The combined effect is providing clients tools that allow for premium customer service and fulfillment of promised deliveries and cutting operating costs.
He currently is Co-Chair of the Industrial Plant Committee at TRSA and has been active at TRSA, ITRA, CSC and ARTA since the early 2000’s.

Sarah Sinclair, Chief Customer Officer at LinenMaster, spearheads strategic customer and partner initiatives to foster company growth and perpetuate superior business relationships.
Sarah has an extensive background in leading successful organizations and creating innovative sales, customer service, and marketing techniques in the laundry industry. Prior to finding her “home” in laundry, Sarah specialized in driving customer satisfaction, employee retention, and overall organizational growth in the hospitality industry for more than ten years.
Sarah has also led multiple organizations in receiving industry-related awards and recognition, including the TRSA Above and Beyond Service Award for four consecutive years. Her overall love of people and the laundry industry keeps her motivated to exceed expectations at all times.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting local Assisted Living homes with her dog Charlie, hosting holiday gatherings, cooking, and traveling.
